When I made the decision on which one to get, I called back and made an appointment for the next day. The tech came to do the work, and he was on time and efficient. He also called before he came over to confirm the time and address. The price we paid was exactly as quoted, and it was very reasonable as we had asked about pricing elsewhere too. They also provide a 5-year warranty which is nice. Definitely not disappointed!
